Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the highest level of service.

2. Rescheduling Appointments

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment when notice requirements are met.

3. Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

Additional cancellation fees may apply where permitted by law and agreed upon during booking.

4. No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a no-show.

• Deposits may be forfeited.
• Future bookings may require advance payment.
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

5. Bridal & Special Event Bookings

Bridal hairstyling, wedding services, and special event bookings often require additional preparation and scheduling.

These appointments may be subject to separate cancellation terms and non-refundable deposits as outlined during booking.

6. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such situations, please contact us as soon as possible.

Chosen Naturally LLC reserves the right to review exceptional cases individually and provide accommodations when appropriate.

7. Salon-Initiated Changes

In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to staffing, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

If this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and arrange an alternative appointment.

8. Policy Updates
