Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty, hairstyling, makeup, and personal care services, all completed services are generally non-refundable.

We invest time, expertise, professional products, and resources into every appointment to provide the highest level of service.

2. Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

We may offer reasonable adjustments or corrections at our discretion after reviewing your concerns.

3. Appointment Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

• Deposits may be applied toward the final service total.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice requirements are met.

4. Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.
• Repeated cancellations may require advance payment for future bookings.

5. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee or lose any deposit paid.

Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

6. Product Returns

If retail beauty products are sold through our salon, unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.

• Products must remain sealed and in original condition.
• Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refunds.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

7. Bridal & Special Event Services

Bridal packages, wedding services, and special event bookings often require significant planning and preparation.

Deposits and payments for these services may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement.

8. Policy Changes

Chosen Naturally LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updates will become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
